Shipping Policy

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates to addresses supported at checkout. If your delivery location is not available, please email us before placing an order.

We aim for next-business-day delivery for confirmed UAE orders. This is an estimated service target rather than a guaranteed arrival time. Timing depends on when the order is confirmed, your location, courier coverage and public holidays.

Prepaid orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Cash-on-delivery orders are prepared after order confirmation where that payment method is available. If a different delivery estimate is shown at checkout or agreed with you before purchase, that estimate applies.

Delivery charges and any available free-delivery offer are shown at checkout before you place your order. The amount shown in your order total is the amount agreed for delivery.

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including your emirate, area, building or villa details and a reachable contact number. This helps the courier deliver your order smoothly.

If you notice an address error, email us as soon as possible. We will help update the details where the shipment has not already been dispatched.

Dispatch and tracking information will be provided when available. The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please follow the courier's instructions or email us for assistance. If a shipment is delayed or cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photographs can help us resolve the matter more quickly.

We will help arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
